The roots of Harrison Benn trace back to the development of a pioneering 820-litre clinical waste container, created by our founder during his time as Sales Director for the UK’s largest metal waste container manufacturer. This innovation became the industry standard across clinical waste collection companies.
We began by supporting major waste contractors through subcontract work, steadily building our expertise, reputation and client trust in the clinical waste sector.
Expansion into direct project management marked a pivotal shift, allowing us to build our own loyal client base and deliver end-to-end service.
Securing a prestigious contract with The London Clinic, Central London’s most esteemed private hospital, known for serving royalty and dignitaries. We’ve retained this contract for over 30 years and continue to build on that trust with a recent five-year renewal.
Our emergency collection services played a crucial role, supporting over 50 NHS Trusts across the southeast of England. While larger competitors increased their prices, we maintained fair, stable rates, prioritising public health over profit.
Introduction of our new brand identity, including a fleet of fully ADR-compliant vehicles and a soon-to-launch website. We’re now offering on-site waste audits, helping clients optimise disposal practices and save as much as £250,000 per year.
